• We recently contracted to renovate our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath coop in Chicago. This was a complete gut renovation, including wall repair, new hardwood flooring, all new kitchen and both bathrooms. Unique Construction handled everything for us, from initial design work all the way through completion of the project. Very importantly, they worked well with our coop and managing company to make sure all work was done properly and received all appropriate approvals. The results were fantastic, and everyone that comes to our new apartment cannot stop complimenting us on the renovation. In terms of service, UC was very responsive to our needs regarding follow up work and timelines. This was a very big project, and UC met every challenge. Most importantly, the final product speaks for itself. The quality of work was outstanding.
   
• We had our kitchen done by Unique Construction . We were looking for a unique and modern look for a kitchen in a big loft. They were very competitive on price and much more flexible in their design and configurations than some of the other brand name kitchen stores. We were very pleased with the finished result and our kitchen was featured in a magazine a few months later. Overall it was a good experience. If you are looking to redo a kitchen, stop by their showroom. It is a bit understated relative to the better known brands, but it is worth a visit. If you bring a picture or some measurements, they will be able to give you some good ideas on the spot (that's what motivated us to go with them initially).
   
• I recently had the third floor of my house "updated". The Bathroom was completely renovated and my bedrooms painted by Unique Construction. I can not say how happy I am with the qualitly of work, the professional team and how quickly the job was finished. It feels like I am walking into a new home with all the lovely work they have done.
